City of Dublin Embraces Online Video Training
With over 2000 permanent and seasonal employees, the City of Dublin needed an easier way to train their employees. Permanent employees are onboarded with a welcome video from the Director of Human Resources and then take mandatory sexual harassment video training. Seasonal employees without daily computers can login through training station computers and complete their required courses. The City of Dublin is able to track and report on all of their employee's training progress.

OAR, the Ohio Association of Realtors, took the down turn in the housing market to encourage and support their members with a sales seminar video. The video was produced by a leading real estate sales trainer and provided sound advice on how to survive and prosper in a down housing market. OAR provided this video for free to its members.
