Nathan Heerdt, Founder/CEO - Nathan has 10 years of experience in web application businesses and start up ventures. He founded JobBoards.com - a regional job board - in 1998 and sold it to Careerboard.com in 2004. After staying on as Vice President, he helped sell the combined entity in 2006 to JobServe.com, a global job board company headquartered in the United Kingdom. Nathan has a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Michael Sapienza, COO - has over 25 years of experience focused in marketing, business development, new product introductions and business starts. At Wendy's for 10 years, Michael held several leadership positions in both domestic and international marketing, including Vice President of New Products and Marketing Analysis. Joining CheckFree in its early stage as Vice President of Marketing, Michael was largely responsible for the national introduction of the CheckFree Electronic Payment Service which helped position the company for an IPO in 1995. Michael holds a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from its Kellogg Business School.
Bill Largent/Largent Consulting, CFO Services - Bill is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in operations, finance and general management roles that led to successful liquidation events for several companies. Responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, IPO's, VC financing and change management. As the former COO of Aelita Software, Bill spearheaded $10 million in VC funding and executed a sale to Quest Software for $130 million in 2004. As the former CEO of Applied Innovation (formerly at NASDAQ:AINN), he executed the sale of the business to a private equity firm for $53 million in 2007. In 1999 while at Plug Power (NASDAQ:PLUG) as the CFO, Bill raised over $150 million through an IPO with Goldman Sachs as lead underwriter.
Phil Hamlin, CTO - Phil has spent the past seven years with two Fortune 500 companies in IT development, working extensively in Microsoft, Java-based and Ruby environments while building web-based applications. Phil holds an MBA in finance and strategy from The Ohio State University.
Jim Hackbarth, Board Member - Jim is President and CEO of Assurex Global, the world's largest privately held risk management and commercial insurance brokerage group. His experience includes all phases of management including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, product development, and international sales. Jim previously served as CEO of Cornerstone, a high-tech consulting/executive recruiting firm he founded in 1996. Prior to this successful entrepreneurial venture, Jim held executive positions with Information Dimensions, Agency Management Services, Leader Systems, Policy Management Systems, Price Waterhouse, and IBM. He received a BSBA and MBA from The Ohio State University and sits on various boards.
